This case brings together Invisalign, gum contouring and veneers, treated by Dr. Natthanan Rujeerapaiboon and Dr. Thanapol Ariyanuntaka. Treatment started with Invisalign to arrange the teeth evenly and symmetrically and to correct the bite first.
After that, the excess gum tissue was trimmed so more of each tooth’s length shows. Eight upper veneers came next, with a whiter shade and a longer, softly rounded tooth shape for a smile that looks natural.

Here is a case that combined orthodontic treatment with jaw surgery, carried out by Dr. Natthanan Rujeerapaiboon (Dr. Gig) and our oral and maxillofacial surgery team.
Some upper teeth were extracted to relieve the crowding and line the teeth up neatly. This was combined with lower jaw surgery to correct a long, protruding lower jaw and to reshape the chin so it suits the face. When treatment finished, the patient had a normal bite and a balanced face and smile.

This case had severe crowding, and the upper and lower midlines did not line up. One lower front tooth bit in front of the upper teeth (a crossbite), and the upper canines sat high in the gum. Dr. Natthanan Rujeerapaiboon (Dr. Gig) treated the case. She planned the extraction of 4 teeth to create space to correct the crowding. At the end of treatment the teeth were neatly aligned, the upper and lower midlines matched, and the patient’s smile looked noticeably better.
